At Astrid & Miyu, we want you to love your jewelry, but if you change your mind, we offer a 28-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place your jewelry in its original branded packaging and secure it inside a mailing box or padded envelope to prevent damage during transit.

  Generate Shipping Label

  Choose your preferred carrier through our portal to download your prepaid shipping label or generate a QR code for paperless drop-off.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
